ENFP

The result is out, apparantly ENFP is my MBTI type.

The funny thing is, on the dimensions E, N, and F there was no confusion. On the last dimension though the test and my self-assessment were way off. So I guess an alternative verdict could be ENFJ.

It is interesting to think of others both people who we work best with and those who we have had issues with in the light of the personality types. I just could not help thinking about different managers I have worked with and what there types would be.

Significant learning for the day:

For professional success, figure out your boss's type and learn to satisfy that type. That is the term on which he/she will evaluate you.
